This data is then used to create a benchmark comparison with Hcg's proprietary database of leadership data on over 3,000 executives and 600 CEOs.? Using this information, an Hcg consultant helps the client to identify the strengths of his/her management style, as well as areas for development, to form a clear and structured path towards achieving specific developmental goals.? The close, confidential, coach-client relationship ensures feedback and support to sustain development and growth over time.
