JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Working at a small company means doing a little bit of everything. There is always something new to learn around here. Primary job responsibilities will include: 
 
Internet back-office - These larger projects will allow you to practice and expand your technical skills in more depth. The variety of skills required makes these projects fun and interesting. You will use everything from Excel to JavaScript to create automated back-office systems. All time not spent on other activities will be spent on these projects. 
 
Custom client project work - working with clients to create custom internet solutions. Examples include creating custom web surveys, automated web reports, creating custom online access centers, etc. Every project is different and combines technical skills and people skills, so there is never a dull moment. The percentage of time devoted to this type of work varies widely, but should average around 30%. 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: 
 
We are looking for an intelligent, creative person who can learn new skills and apply them on the fly. You should be resourceful and able to work autonomously and as part of project teams, as well as take direction on projects. Interpersonal skills are important for communicating with clients. 
 
1. Candidate must possess strong people/communication skills; able to deliver outstanding customer service both internally and externally. 
2. Technical Skills: 
   ·  Strong HTML skills 
   ·  Experience with Active Server Pages (ASP) and other Microsoft internet tools and products 
   ·  Experience programming in at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Pascal, Visual Basic, Java, or another similar language 
   ·  Experience writing SQL statements to query a database 
   ·  Familiar with JavaScript 
   ·   Familiarity with statistics and stats software (e.g. SPSS or Statistica) and Excel are a bonus, especially the use of statistics in assessments and surveys
