John Stieber has over 20 years experience developing and delivering programs to improve individual and organizational effectiveness. He has worked with clients throughout the US and in Europe and Asia in private industry, government, and the military. He has also taught college-level courses in human development.

John's work experience includes working in the securities, energy and telecommunications industries. He also started a production company to produce management-training multi-media products and is the co-producer of Sincere Trust and Belief in People, a video-based training package that won the Summit and Telly awards and was named one of the top seven video training products by Training Media Review for 1998.

John has a BA in cultural anthropology from the University of Chicago and has also earned an MBA with an emphasis in organization development.
