Robert Solodow, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President and Practice Leader
Robert Solodow is the Director of the Organizational Development Group at the Hagberg Consulting Group, where he leads the organizational effectiveness and culture change practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Solodow was the Director of Deloitte & Touche’s Human Resources Strategies Group in the Western Region. There he was responsible for project design and management, consultation and the delivery of technical expertise to a wide range of clients. Dr. Solodow’s broad experience combines and builds upon his education and extensive experience in the fields of finance, management and organizational psychology.
For the thirteen years before joining Deloitte and Touche, Dr. Solodow was the founder and President of an organizational effectiveness and human resources consultancy headquartered in Tokyo, with operations throughout the Asia Pacific Region. Before founding his firm in Japan, Dr. Solodow had a twenty-year career in the United States as an organizational change and leadership consultant, as a financial advisor and consultant, and as an economist with the U.S. Federal Reserve Board.

Dr. Solodow holds a BBA degree from the City University of New York, an MA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Wright Institute.
