Marjorie Werman Bondy, Ph.D.
Dr. Marjorie Bondy, Consulting Psychologist, has over 15 years' experience as an industrial/organizational psychologist. She offers special expertise in the areas of survey design, competency modeling, multi-rater assessment, training program design and organizational research methods. In her role at Hagberg Consulting Group, Dr. Bondy has focused on the research, design and development of the Cultural Assessment Tool.
Prior to joining Hagberg Consulting Group, Dr. Bondy worked as a consulting psychologist on an extensive array of projects designed to enhance organizational effectiveness. The companies she has worked with have included Citibank, AT&T, Xerox Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, Walt Disney Attractions, Pacific Bell and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Dr. Bondy earned her B.A. from New College at Hofstra University and her Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from New York University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
