Gustavo Rabin, Ph.D.
Gustavo Rabin Ph.D. Consulting Psychologist specialized in the development of individuals and organizations with a special focus on enhancing performance and organizational effectiveness. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Law and Social Sciences. He is a licensed psychologist in California.
Dr. Rabin works with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 organizations, his clients include CEO's top executive teams, intact teams and project groups. He has worked with organizations in a wide variety of industries, including high tech, health care, oil explorations and distribution, garment, public utilities, banking and entertainment.
He also trains and supervises consultants active in the field of Executive Development and Coaching. He has taught at the University of Buenos Aires, At Antioch University and is a faculty member at Esalen Institute, where he leads personal growth workshops and seminars.
Dr. Rabin is also a co-founder of the California Institute for the Advancement of Organizations, an organizational development research center based in Los Angeles, California. As an international corporate attorney, he has worked as a consultant for private and public organizations in different parts of the world, specializing in the development of International Relations and Mediation.
