Gary K. Richardson
Gary Richardson, Senior Vice President of Organizational Consulting, offers over 20 years' experience in organization effectiveness, general line management, training, and management consulting. He has consulted to senior and middle management on strategic planning, Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, product development optimization (speed-to-market), self-directed work teams, cultural change efforts, workflow design, executive coaching, and organizational redesign (re-engineering).
He has worked at the top levels of business units to help establish purpose/mission and middle and lower levels to align their efforts with the mission. He has assisted the resolution of complex issues in international and multi-cultural organizations by the use of organization development technology; including needs assessments, data feedback, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Mr. Richardson is also an accomplished trainer and has taught on the faculty of Cornell University and the American Management Association.
Mr. Richardson has significant international business experience. In addition to living and working in both the Far East and Europe, his consulting work in the last six years has been primarily with manufacturing and R&D organizations in the Bahamas, Ireland, and the U.S., and with sales and marketing organizations in Australia, Canada, England, France, Hong Kong, and Spain.
Gary earned his B.A. in Management from Cameron University in Oklahoma, and his Masters degree in Management from Webster University, St. Louis.
