Robert Stark
Robert Stark, Senior Consultant, COO, has specialized in organizational and individual measurement for over 10 years. He has a unique combination of experience in the behavioral sciences, statistical methods and assessment design and implementation. Upon completion of his business degree in 1987, he joined Sigma Assessment Systems (Sigma), a company specializing in human assessment and measurement. At Sigma, Bob worked with Douglas N. Jackson, Ph.D., one of the worlds leading experts in the measurement of human ability and personality.
In 1989, Bob helped start Psychometric Technology, Inc. (PTI), a company dedicated to measuring executive performance to ensure the effective matching of executive skill and style to job requirements and culture. Bob joined HCG in 1990, where he has been responsible for research and development and the use of technological innovations to enhance assessment and feedback. At HCG Bob has helped clients understand corporate culture, formulate "ideal" culture, identify and measure competencies, and design leadership and organization development initiatives.
Mr. Stark’s formal education includes undergraduate work in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario, Canada (UWO), followed by an Honors in Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at UWO.
