Arthur Resnikoff, Ph.D., Consulting Psychologist, has been a nationally active figure in the field of Counseling Psychology for over 25 years. He was an Associate Professor of Education, and Chair of the Counseling Psychology Program at Washington University in St. Louis before he moved to Southern California. At U.C. Irvine, Arthur worked as a staff psychologist and was later appointed to direct the U.C. Irvine Counseling Center. From 1987-1995, he had a full time private psychology practice in Los Angeles before moving to Northern California to join Hagberg Consulting Group. Arthur has been recognized for his work as an officer in the American Psychological Association's division of Counseling Psychology. He has been an editor for a nationally published behavioral science journal for 15 years, and has himself published over 20 articles during that time.
Arthur has an avid interest and demonstrated expertise in the field of peak performance. He has worked extensively with highly driven amateur, professional, and Olympic athletes, and has consulted with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra on issues involving stress and stage fright management. Arthur has brought his performance-enhancing techniques to his work with the Executive Development Program, and has greatly contributed to the pre-hire assessment consulting of Hagberg Consulting Group.
Arthur is a licensed psychologist who earned his B.A. from Cornell University, his M.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University.
