Proprietary Quantitative Diagnostic Methods
The Organizational Effectiveness Profile (OEP) measures 31 elements of organizational culture and effectiveness. Normative data enables you to identify your relative strengths and weaknesses in comparison to other organizations. The OEP provides an accurate and precise definition of an organization's areas for development, enabling the tailoring of the most effective intervention to the organization's specific issues.

We offer a staff of expert facilitators with varied backgrounds in (1) industrial and organizational psychology, (2) organizational development consulting, and (3) senior executive and line management.
